Conditions for suspension:
Accounts are generally not suspended unless they violate the Rules of Conduct. We advise you to play the game as it is, and not use any third party programs or other hacking software per se. Ethical gameplay equates to a harmonious and peaceful gaming experience in Tantra.
Account Security Policy
As the population of Tantra gamers increases, so too problems that may arise with regards to stolen or compromised accounts, and/or accounts that have been transferred from one player to another which are in clear violation of the User Agreement. These issues--and the time it takes to investigate and attempt to resolve them--greatly detract from the time that Tantra game masters and customer support staff have in order to provide quality customer service.
1. Account security--whether it be password protection, running virus checks, disabling file sharing, disabling third-party programs, or any other means of safeguarding your accounts, is the sole the responsibility of the account owner. Users should be responsible for their own accounts.
2. Any and all stolen and/or compromised accounts that are reported to the Tantra Game masters may be suspended indefinitely so as to expedite the conduct of an investigation. Lost items will not be reimbursed. Instead, a one-time restoration based upon information gathered through our investigation may be offered at the discretion of a Game Master (GM). However this offer is limited by the amount of time taken to report the compromised account. If the restoration-reporting period (14 days) has elapsed, then there will be no restoration granted. Additionally, this restoration offer is treated as a one-time offer.
3. Any customer found to be involved in an account theft may have any and all of his/her accounts banned. This includes accounts found to have been knowingly receiving items stolen from a compromised account, had a suspicious transaction with another hacked account or made a deal with a hacked account and bought an item for an unreasonably low price. Prior to taking any action against accounts reported as compromised, we will conduct a thorough review of the accounts and determine the appropriate course of action. GM decisions are final. Note: GMs will NEVER ask for your password. Keep your password to yourself and change your password frequently for security purposes. Please remember your password, deletion code, secret answer and other account information to keep your account safe.
Accounts will only be subjected to disciplinary actions based on information gathered through our investigation and not as a result of external allegations.
Restoration policy
In an effort to better assist our customer base, we have evaluated and revised our Restoration Policy. The primary goal of these modifications is to give our Game Masters more latitude in assisting our players. It is our goal to be able to keep our customers as satisfied as possible in alignment with the overall integrity of the game.
This policy is not all-inclusive and there are situations outside the scope of the policy that may be determined at the specific time to not warrant an item reimbursement. Please remember that no requests for reimbursement are guaranteed to be fulfilled.
In any case, the Game Masters have the right to refuse any restoration request made by the user if he/she was previously found or caught to be in serious violation of the Rules of Conduct.
All cases and appeals may be submitted through the Customer Service Feedback form at www.tantra.ph. Cases that are older than 14 days at the time of submission will not be entertained.
1. Trades
Trades are any items that are placed into the trade window and purposely given to another player, (by mutual agreement between the two involved players), regardless of the intent behind the trade.
1.1. Items lost while trading with other players may be reimbursed after an investigation and depending on the sole discretion of a Game Master if it was determined to be a game related bug. 1.1.1. Note: Game Masters will not assist or interfere in any trade disputes. All trades are considered final and binding. 1.1.2. Trade scams and frauds are not permitted in Tantra. Trade scammers may have disciplinary action taken against their account. 1.2. Items mistakenly sold to a merchant will not be reimbursed. 1.2.1. Unclaimed items left at the Biryu Vendors after the duration or server downtimes will not be reimbursed.
2. Rupiahs
Rupiah is the medium of exchange that players use as currency with merchants and other players.
2.1. Rupiah may not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
3. Experience Loss
Varying amounts of experience points are gained by killing monsters or by doing quests and a loss is accrued upon death.
3.1. Experience loss will not be restored for any death caused by latency (a.k.a. "lag"), Link-Death, or other forms of disconnection.
4. Rollbacks
When the server, at some point, has a problem linking the game to the database, no changes will be saved on the database. If a player is disconnected from the game, the database will not be saved and therefore once the user logs back in, the information taken from the database will be from the point before the link to the game was broken.
Rollbacks need to be implemented from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot reimburse or restore any chakra/skill/prana/rupiah/item loss.
5. Deleted Characters
After proper investigation and deliberation, characters that were deleted due to hacked accounts or negligence may be restored at the discretion of a Game Master. All decisions made by a Game Master are final and binding.
5.1. All accounts that have been hacked will not be fully restored to the levels it was before. Several things will be taken into consideration (e.g."Is the hacked character name used?"). In that case, the player will be given the chance to choose an available name.
5.2. To prevent abuse, a hacked character will be restored with the same stats but the items will not be restored.
6. Hacked Account
Any Account that was hacked and is no longer within the control of the owner will have to be reported to a Tantra Game Master. Account information must be complete and accurate. Users are advised to change any necessary account information. It is suggested that it be made it as detailed as possible to avoid complications when restoring back the account.
