In the Mudha Dungeon, there are Sachi Aguas that you have to find in the different rooms in the dungeon. These teleport you to the next rooms in the dungeon and after using 4 Sachi Aguas, you have to find the last Sachi Agua (Sachi Agua 5) which spawns randomly and disappears after use.
